A flat-fee inspection of your whole stack — computers, email, network, backups, security, software spend. You get a written report: what's broken, what's old, what's risky, and what it'll take to fix. No obligation to hire me for the repairs.

Repairs, upgrades, projects

Email migrations, Microsoft 365 cleanup, network rebuilds, backup that actually restores, stubborn problems nobody else could figure out. I come in, fix it, document it, and leave. You own everything.

Coach

Senior backup for your IT person

Your office already has a "computer person" — they just have nobody to call when it's over their head. I'm their escalation line and second opinion, so you don't have to replace them or hire a firm.

I'm Nathan Jones. For nearly three decades I've been the escalation point — the senior engineer brought in when email is down, the network makes no sense, and the last three people gave up. My background runs from Microsoft 365, Exchange, and SharePoint support at Microsoft's Gold tier to endpoint management, security engineering, and infrastructure for organizations with thousands of users.

Praxis Tech Systems exists because that level of experience almost never reaches small businesses in small markets. The managed-IT firms chase the metros. Main-street businesses get left choosing between the computer-repair shop and nothing. That's the gap I work in.

I take complicated systems and explain them in plain language, I put every price in writing, and I tell you the truth even when the truth is "don't pay me to fix this — replace it." I also spec hardware like I'm spending my own money: when the $300 monitor does everything the $800 one does, you're buying the $300 one.
